Divyansha Nashine

Divyansha is passionate about expanding access to STEM education and building inclusive spaces where young women feel empowered to lead, innovate, and pursue their ambitions fearlessly. She believes that every girl deserves the opportunity to see herself represented in science and technology, and she strives to serve as both a mentor and role model for students navigating traditionally male-dominated fields. Through her work in STEM outreach, coding education, and youth leadership, Divyansha is committed to helping girls develop confidence in their technical abilities while recognizing the broader impact they can have on their communities. She is currently studying at the University of Pennsylvania through the Jerome Fisher Program in Management & Technology, pursuing Mechanical Engineering and Applied Mechanics in Penn Engineering alongside business studies at the Wharton School.

Nandini Kuppachi

Nandini is passionate about building a more unified and supportive future for women in STEM, one where their achievements are not only recognized but genuinely celebrated. She believes that representation, mentorship, and community are essential to helping young women develop the confidence to pursue ambitious goals in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. In addition to her work supporting girls in STEM, Nandini is deeply involved in Special Education initiatives, where she advocates for equitable and inclusive learning environments for students of all abilities. Her commitment to accessibility and empowerment reflects her broader belief that meaningful change begins when every student is given the resources, encouragement, and opportunity to thrive. Nandini is an incoming freshman at The Pennsylvania State University in the Eberly College of Science, studying neurobiology and premedicine.

Anika Seshan

Anika is passionate about creating a future where women can confidently lead in spaces where they have historically been underrepresented, especially in technology, entrepreneurship, and innovation. She is deeply interested in making computer science and artificial intelligence more approachable for younger students, particularly girls who may not yet see themselves as capable of succeeding in technical fields. Beyond her academic interests, Anika leads coding workshops for middle school girls, helping demystify AI and machine learning through creative, hands-on projects that make complex concepts engaging and accessible. She is currently studying at Cornell University, where she continues to explore the intersection of technology, leadership, and social impact.
